LIONEL MESSI NOMBRADO EMBAJADOR DEL TURISMO RESPONSABLE POR LA OMT
09/ April 2018/ Madrid – Considered by many the best football player of all times, Lionel Messi joins the World Tourism Organization to promote the value of responsible tourism. The UNWTO Secretary-General, Zurab Pololikashvili, appointed Messi as UNWTO Ambassador for Responsible Tourism this Saturday at Camp Nou in Barcelona, after the match F.C. Barcelona – Leganés.
Considerado por muchos como el mejor jugador de Fútbol de todos los tiempos Lionel Messi junto a la OMT promueve el valor delo que significa el turismo responsable. El Secretario general de la OMT Zurab Pololikashvili declaró a Messi como Embajador del Turismo Responsable este sábado en el Camp Nou en Barcelona después del partido F.C. Barcelona – Leganés.
“During my travels I have had the opportunity to know other cultures and societies as well as others ways to see the world and this is very enriching. The World Tourism Organization as a specialized Agency of the United Nations works to make tourism a source of development and I am happy I can join this mission of promoting responsible tourism”, said Lionel Messi.
Durante mis viajes he tenido la oportunidad de conocer otras culturas y sociedades así como otras formas de ver el mundo y esto es muy enriquecedor. La Organización Mundial del Turismo como agencia especializada de las ONU trabaja para hacer del turismo una fuente de desarrollo, y realmente estoy muy feliz de poder unirme a en esta misión de promoción del turismo responsable expresó Messi
Lionel Messi is an example of talent and constant work in football. Messi is admired all around the world not the least due to the positioning he brought to the F.C. Barcelona in recent years, team with which he won a total of 30 titles, including eight Spanish Leagues, four Champion Leagues and five King’s Cups of Spain.
