WINNERS OF THE UNWTO TOURISM VIDEO COMPETITION ANNOUNCED

18 /09 /1015  Medellín.- Tunisia, Ecuador, Macao (China), Hungary, Palestine, Maldives and Colombia were the winners of the first UNWTO Tourism Video Competition, organized on the occasion of the 21st UNWTO General Assembly.

51 UNWTO Full and Associate Members submitted their promotional videos to the competition. The regional winners were based on votes by the chairs of the Regional Commissions, while people from all over the world voted for their favorite in the People’s choice category. The winner, Colombia, gained 5823 out of the more than 22 500 recorded votes.
