FLORIDA\/ 05\/02\/2025.-Royal Caribbean incorpora en sus barcos Icon of the Seas y Star of the Seas el nuevo cargo a bordo, \u201cChief Dog Officer\u201d. Este nuevo cargo tiene como objetivo acompa\u00f1ar a la tripulaci\u00f3n y hu\u00e9spedes de los barcos.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cEl cargo de Chief Dog Officer se cre\u00f3 consultando con los principales expertos en bienestar animal de la American Humane Society y seguir\u00e1 aportando recuerdos de las vacaciones en los a\u00f1os venideros\u201d, dijo Itzel Vald\u00e9s, vicepresidenta asociada interina de Royal Caribbean para Latinoam\u00e9rica y el Caribe.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

El Icon of the Seas, el primer barco del Icon Class que cumple un a\u00f1o de operaciones, ya tiene su Chief Dog Officer con Rover: \u201cUna golden retriever de 2 a\u00f1os fue elegida para cumplir con la importante tarea de llevar alegr\u00eda, sorpresa y emoci\u00f3n a vacacionistas de todas las edades y a la tripulaci\u00f3n de Icon\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Vald\u00e9s a este peri\u00f3dico.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Por su parte, el Star of the Seas, el segundo barco del Icon Class, llegar\u00e1 a Puerto Ca\u00f1averal, Florida, en agosto de 2025 y Royal Caribbean presentar\u00e1 a Sailor, \u201cla nueva compa\u00f1era de Rover, que comenzar\u00e1 a desempe\u00f1ar su funci\u00f3n como Chief Dog Officer de Star on the Seas en agosto de 2025\u201d.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

As\u00ed mismo, el Icon of the Seas, para celebrar su primer a\u00f1o, hunde tarifas de temporada de la marca, que incluyen un 60% de descuento para el segundo hu\u00e9sped y los ni\u00f1os viajan gratis.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Recientemente \u00a0Royal Caribbean Group anunci\u00f3 que ha encargado a Chantiers de l\u2019Atlantique el sexto barco de la serie Edge para Celebrity Cruises, el cual se prev\u00e9 que est\u00e9 listo en 2028. Este nuevo barco es gemelo del Celebrity Xcel, que ser\u00e1 entregado en noviembre de este a\u00f1o.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
