Picar el aj\u00ed limo finamente sin venas ni pepas.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><em><strong>Sancochar el camote con un poco de az\u00facar.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><em><strong>Sancochar el choclo con an\u00eds, az\u00facar y un poco de jugo de lim\u00f3n. Desgranar y reservar.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><em><strong>Sazonar los pejerreyes con sal, pimienta, el jugo de lim\u00f3n.
