JOHAN LEURIDAN HUYS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em><span style=\"color: #000080;\">En la foto: Dr. Johan Leuridan Huys, Dr. Iv\u00e1n Rodr\u00edguez Ch\u00e1vez, Rector de la Universidad Ricardo Palma<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">24\/10\/2019\/Lima.- La URP, en m\u00e9rito y reconocimiento al aporte del <em><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Doctor Johan Leuridan<\/span><\/strong><\/em> a la educaci\u00f3n universitaria del Per\u00fa, su producci\u00f3n intelectual y editorial, le ha conferido su m\u00e1s alta distinci\u00f3n por la investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo del turismo, hoteler\u00eda y gastronom\u00eda\u00a0 en nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El 16 de octubre de 2019, el Dr. Iv\u00e1n Rodr\u00edguez Ch\u00e1vez, Rector de la Universidad Ricardo Palma a trav\u00e9s de su Escuela de Turismo, Hoteler\u00eda y Gastronom\u00eda entreg\u00f3 la distinci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica <em><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u00abDoctor Honoris Causa\u00bb<\/span> <\/strong><\/em>al reconocido impulsor de la educaci\u00f3n superior y la investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica y editorial en el Per\u00fa, <em><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Dr. Johan Leuridan Huys, quien con m\u00e1s de cinco d\u00e9cadas dedicadas a la ense\u00f1anza y a la promoci\u00f3n de la cultura, ha sido premiado y galardonado por diversas instituciones peruanas e internacionales como el Gourmand CookBook Awards como el Mejor Editor de Libros de Gastronom\u00eda del Mundo (1995-2015).<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La ceremonia fue realizada en el Auditorio Ricardo Palma con masiva asistencia de docentes, estudiantes, familiares y amigos del Dr. Leuridan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Fue reconocido asimismo como el fundador de la Gastronom\u00eda del Per\u00fa por ser el iniciador de este largo proceso liderando las primeras investigaciones llevando la universidad a las cocinas y las cocinas a la universidad.
