El acto se enmarca en el programa de Capital Espa\u00f1ola de la Gastronom\u00eda Toledo 2016<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e1s de 80 cortadores de jam\u00f3n cortar\u00e1n m\u00e1s de 100 jamones Tello con el sello del Consorcio del Jam\u00f3n Serrano Espa\u00f1ol. En torno a las 13:00h, est\u00e1 previsto que los cortadores hayan finalizado el proceso y se consiga batir el record Guinness. El peso aproximado previsto del plato es de 380 kilogramos de lonchas de jam\u00f3n serrano Tello que ocupar\u00e1n una superficie de m\u00e1s de 120 metros cuadrados, lo que constituir\u00e1 el plato de jam\u00f3n cortado a mano m\u00e1s grande del mundo.
